Erika, with a degree in Business Administration and years of HR industry experience, decided to turn her interest in beauty therapy into a business project and her main profession. Her beauty journey started in 2012. With the completion of Level 2 and Level 3 courses in Beauty Therapy, alongside international courses for lash extensions, Erika laid the first foundations for her dream to come true.
Over more than 10 years, Erika has become not only an experienced lash artist and trainer but has also been awarded multiple times in categories such as The Best Lash Artist, The Best Trainer, The Best Salon, The Best Team, and The Best Lash Bar. Erika is a conference speaker, an international judge for online and live lash and beauty competitions, and the owner of the Pepe Nature Beauty personal brand.
Recently, the B.You Educational Escapes project came to life. This project offers people a chance to talk about business, share their experiences and knowledge, and give advice to new business owners or help guide them on the right business path.
Lash and beauty, along with business, have become Erika’s main job, hobby, and passion.
